Habits & Lifestyles: February 2020, Journal Prompt Questions

One habit at a time!

On January 1, 2018, I committed to creating the habit of publicly journaling each morning. The platform I used to share my love for journaling  is Habits & Lifestyles: open Facebook group (Healthier Habit Supporters). I record myself journaling each morning for approximately 3-minutes. 

Low and behold, I have been successful with creating a daily journaling habit.

I created a place for people to access our journal prompt questions.


Each month habits and lifestyles focuses on one of our 7-lifestyle areas. Our 7-lifestyle areas are listed below. 

  1. Faith
  2. Physical
  3. Nutrition
  4. Finances
  5. Relationships
  6. Travel
  7. Pleasure (balance)

 


This month (February 2020), we are focusing on FAITH!

Below are a list of our journal prompt questions.

  1. What does the word “faith” mean to you?
  2. What role does faith play in your life?
  3. In what ways do you nurture and/or listen to your intuition?
  4. Create a list of things that build faith.
  5. What have you learned about faith?
  6. What is your current stance on faith, religion, spirituality, etc?
  7. Who are you?
  8. What does a closed door mean to you and why?
  9. How do you practice faith?
  10. Create a gratitude list…
  11. Do you believe in your worth? If yes, why? If no, why?
  12. Do you believe in fresh starts?
  13. What is the difference between fear and faith?
  14. What is purpose?
  15. How do you get over rough patches?
  16. Make a list of the people in your life who genuinely believe in and support you. Explore why their support means so much to you.
  17. When is the last time you listen to your intuition and you were right? Describe in detail. 
  18. What are you learning about yourself?
  19. What can you do or change in your life to focus more on your health and well-being? Be honest.
  20. Are you willing to say no, so you can say yes later? Why or why not?
  21. Write about your day or week so far. Did something good or bad happen? Are you feeling happy or sad? Did you learn or do something new?
  22. What is/will be your legacy?
  23. Create a list of passions
  24. What does the word hope mean to you?
  25. Do you believe you will achieve your goals and dreams? Why?
  26. Describe what the word faith means to you.
  27. Who inspires you?
  28. How do you feel today.
  29. Write about the important people in your life.

    1. Thank you! Blogs aren’t my favorite because writing isn’t my strength. I will continue to post the journal questions on the first of each month.
