On January 1, 2018, I committed to creating the habit of journaling each morning in Habits & Lifestyles open Facebook group for 3-minutes per day.

Low and behold, I have been successful with using journaling as a catalyst for my healthier habits.

Each month habits and lifestyles focuses on one of our 7-lifestyle areas; which includes:

  1. Faith
  2. Physical
  3. Nutrition
  4. Finances
  5. Relationships
  6. Travel
  7. Pleasure (balance)

This month August 2020, we are focusing on Pleasure!

  1. What does the word “faith” mean to you?
  2. What role does faith play in your life?
  3. What quote or saying inspires you and why?
  4. Create a list of things that build faith.
  5. What have you learned about faith?
  6. What brings you joy?
  7. Who are you and how do you know?
  8. How do you handle setbacks?
  9. How do you practice faith?
  10. Create a gratitude list…
  11. Do faith and self-worth go hand and hand? Why or why not?
  12. What does forgiving and forgetting look like  to you?
  13. How do you overcome fear?
  14. Describe your life’s purpose in detail. 
  15. How do you get over rough patches?
  16. Who’s in your tribe and why?
  17. How do you know when it is time to grow/change?
  18. What are you learning about yourself?
  19. In what ways do you practice your faith?
  20. Write a letter of forgiveness.
