On January 1, 2018, I committed to creating the habit of journaling each morning in Habits & Lifestyles open Facebook group for 3-minutes per day.

Low and behold, I have been successful with using journaling as a catalyst for my healthier habits.

Each month habits and lifestyles focuses on one of our 7-lifestyle areas; which includes:

  7. Pleasure (balance)

  10. Are pleasures guilty? Yes or No? Why or why not?
  11. How do you practice getting out of a bad mood
  12. What are your secret desires
  13. Create a list of external and internal pleasures
  14. What memories bring you pleasure
  15. List the methods you use to reset.
  16. How does pleasure impact your health
  17. The 5 senses which one/ones brings you the most pleasure
  18. What does peace feel like to you?
  19. How do you start your mornings?
  20. Write down an ideal  bedtime routine!

  23. List your top 5 songs, movies, books, and foods
