One habit at a time! 

It’s been a lifetime since I have created a blog entry. Writing blogs aren’t my favorite. However, blogs have importance, relevance, and a place in our society.

On January 1, 2018 (Here we are 2-year later) I committed to creating the habit of journaling each morning in Habits & Lifestyles public  Facebook group for 3-minutes each day. 

Low and behold, I successful created my journaling habit and many more. 

Each month habits and lifestyles focuses on one of our 7-lifestyle areas; which includes

  1. Faith
  2. Physical
  3. Nutrition
  4. Finances
  5. Relationships
  6. Travel
  7. Pleasure (balance) 


This month March 2020, we are focusing on Physical Health!

  1. What does physical health mean to you?
  2. Is exercise important? Why or why not?
  3. Do you prefer to exercise alone or with a group? What are the benefits of your preference?

  5. Write about the importance of stretching before and after workouts.

One habit at a time!

On January 1, 2018, I committed to creating the habit of publicly journaling each morning. The platform I used to share my love for journaling  is Habits & Lifestyles: open Facebook group (Healthier Habit Supporters). I record myself journaling each morning for approximately 3-minutes. 

Low and behold, I have been successful with creating a daily journaling habit.
